Which should i have for lunch and which for dinner?

Pasta,with grated cheese over it.

Toasted cheese sandwich.

Or 2 slices of toast with butter.

Or 1 bean burger.



I'm trying to keep it as healthy as i can, but theres literally no food here, and i cant afford to go shopping :/



Also I had a bowl of Oatmeal (made with water) with 3 tsp of sugar and a glass of water for breakfast.

What should i have for lunch, and what for dinner?Which should i have for lunch and which for dinner?
cheese, plenty of it.
pasta being carbohydrate should be lunch



but hey I buy good cans of tuna very cheaply and they can be had anytimeWhich should i have for lunch and which for dinner?
First meal of the day should be protein rich. As you go through the day reduce the protein in favour of carbohydrates. Carbohydrates have calming effect, so they are good in the evening.
