How do i make my beef burgers taste like ones that are sold at kebab shops?

i just tried to make a beef burger and it tasted nasty. i made it using minced beef from tecos,garlic,salt and pepper.How do i make my beef burgers taste like ones that are sold at kebab shops?
they cook it in lots and lots of oil thats what you can taste and they are probably from frozen ni the kebab shop not fresh

your are praobly bettr better grilled too under a george foreman yum
Without knowing what they have in their burgers, I can't say, but they most likely buy their burgers from a supplier.

Best thing I can say is experiment, try using diced onion and other such, hell I once knew a woman who marinated her burgers in BBQ sauce.How do i make my beef burgers taste like ones that are sold at kebab shops?
Buy the cheapest burgers you can from any cash and carry.Sprinkle a few herbs on it ,cook it in week old fat,leave on the side for a few days.Then warm it up again .Best served on a Saturday night after copious amounts of beer!!
Half cook it so it still runs with red juice the allow flys to crawl over it for a few days then cook until done.

Then use a well past the use by date of chilly sauce for that genuine flavour.
You need to afdd chopped onions, mustard, eggs and breadcrumbs.

If you really want to get the flavour of a kebab shop cook it in old oil.
drop it on the floor first, give it a rub with filthy hands and remember to drink a gallon of beer before you eat it. Those were the days
Try having a BBQ and making some beef burgers maybe they'll turn out nice.keep trying to make them and you might get better and they'll be nice.
Use the standard tesco quarter pounders. Cook them on a griddle or in the grill with onions.Add ketchup ...enjoy ps..dont forget your buns
Why would you want to? %26gt;_%26lt;
Fry it in lamb fat
put cheese on it! lol
