What would you call an outdoor restaurant?

I'm filling out a job application and one of my previous employers was an ice cream shop that was only open in the summer. You didn't actually go inside, you just walked up to the counter and ordered. They didn't just serve ice cream, they had food too (burger, etc.) I have limited space to write this on the app., so I'm looking for a word or two that would explain what this place is. Any suggestions?
