Anyone heard of a 'burger-pie' - think gregs, bake 'n' bite...?

Hello all,

Very silly one. When i was at uni, you could buy these things called 'burger pies' from the union shop..... basically, cheese burgers in pastry...you know those awful bake 'n' bite heated, lit display cases selling sausage roles etc. at the front of londis counters etc. Anyway, was never interested in eating them ( yuk! ) but my boyfriend doesn't believe there is such a thing. I saw a local spar shop with one of these counters selling 'lasagne pie' in Cornwall recently so there must be someone out there who can vouch for the existance of the burger pie!!! Please help..... (will get on with work soon honest)Anyone heard of a 'burger-pie' - think gregs, bake 'n' bite...?
