You're right. The area surrounding the holy of holies needs to be sanctified. Let's bulldoze all of Lower Manhattan, create a little hill right in the middle of the former WTC complex and have holographic crucifixions every Friday at noon that represent the murder of Christian America by the Mohammedans. (We could charge admission and make a nice All-American profit while we're at it. Oh, and we could market the crucifixions to uber-American Christians and charge (a lot!) to personally participate in them, scheduling real crucifixions once a month for those who can't wait for the rapture or think their sacrifice will protect America from further attack.)

I vote no religions around ground zero.

I have no problem with any religion either, but I'd like to keep religion out of it and remember ground zero solely for the people who were lost, no matter what their religion.



And this way we're not discriminating against one religion.
