just wondering because i had some today it had chilli and burger sauce on themHow many calories are in one portion of chips from the chip shop?
Well more than 500! Depends on the portion size though. I know a large portion from Mc Donalds has just under 500 but chip shop chips weigh alot more and i think an average portion is 300-400g which is about 700 calories. Maybe more, especially with the sauce. theres so much sugar in sauces that they have a surprising amount of calories(up to 90 per serving). Its also the fat you gotta look out for. Theres up to 50g of fat in a bag of chips.
