Would an anarchy burger shop work?

My friend wants to start an anarchy burger shop, and he thinks if he let's the people put whatever they want on the burger it makes it free like anarchy? But doesn't it contradict itself because it capitalism?Would an anarchy burger shop work?
"Click" had a good answer and I agree. I'd be afraid of the "type" of people that might come in. That would limit your demographics...... You don't want to cut your nose off to spite your face!

No matter what you call the shop, you still have to deal with health inspections, licensing the business, and functioning within the rules of accounting and taxation to make it a successful venture. Besides, the kind of customers you would draw might not be the nice, polite, paying customers that a business needs to thrive. And how would you ever know if your employees would show up, since it's all about lawlessness and anti-government? Bad idea.
